Do I need a finished design or tech pack to start?
No. A sketch, a reference photo, or an existing garment you'd like copied or improved is enough to begin — we'll help turn it into a production-ready tech pack as part of the process.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 30 pieces per design — enough for a small brand's first real production run, not just a handful of samples. Tell us your target quantity and we'll confirm feasibility for your specific product.
Can I order a small batch first to test the market?
Yes — most brands start with a sample, then a smaller pilot run, before committing to a full bulk order. There's no requirement to go straight to bulk.
What if I've never worked with a manufacturer before?
That's most of who we work with. Our free design consultation exists specifically to walk first-time brand owners through the process, in plain language, before anything is ordered.
Do I have to visit Sialkot in person?
No — most clients manage the entire process remotely, approving samples over video call or high-resolution photos before bulk production begins.
How is this different from just using a sourcing agent?
A sourcing agent places your order with a factory on your behalf, adding a fee in between. Here, you work directly with the factory that owns the pattern-making, cutting, sewing, and QC — no middleman markup or handoff.
