MEASUREMENTS
Custom fit means you can fully customize and adapt measurements to your wishes. If you want more than just dimensions (e.g. adding/removing pockets, combining fabrics), note it in the comments and attach drawings if you have them.
MOQ
Minimum order quantity is 30 pieces per design — you can mix sizes freely within that quantity.
FABRIC
Please provide the PANTONE TCX code for your preferred colorway. GSM has a tolerance of 10% from the specified weight. MOQ can increase depending on dyeing technique chosen.
PACKAGING
We can offer packaging however you need — including fulfillment services (storage, pick & pack, and returns handling).

What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 30 pieces per design — and you can mix sizes freely within that quantity, so a 30-piece order can be spread across S, M, L and XL however you need.
Do I need to approve a sample before bulk production?
Yes, every order starts with a physical sample so you can confirm fit, fabric and print before we scale up. Samples ship within 7 working days of payment confirmation, and are free or paid depending on complexity (any fee is quoted upfront).
Do I have to visit Sialkot to approve my sample?
No. Most of our customers approve remotely — we send high-resolution photos or hop on a video call to walk through the sample together before bulk production begins.
How long does bulk production take?
Once your sample is approved, bulk production takes about 14–15 working days, so the full journey from sample to shipment is roughly 3 calendar weeks.
What GSM tolerance should I expect?
All GSM figures carry a standard tolerance of about 10% from the specified weight — this is normal across the fabric industry and is factored into your Techpack spec.
Can I use my own fabric weight, blend or Pantone color?
Yes — every Techpack form above has a Custom GSM field and a Pantone TCX field, so you're never limited to our listed presets.
How is quality checked during production?
We inspect at multiple checkpoints through the production run, not just a final look before shipping, so issues get caught and corrected early rather than at the end.
What happens after I submit my Techpack?
Download the branded PDF or send us your details on WhatsApp, and our team follows up personally with a first offer — from there we move to sampling, approval, and bulk production.
