What's a third-party inspection?
An independent inspector you hire separately to verify quality before shipment, for extra assurance — we can coordinate access for them.
What happens if a defect is found?
It's tracked, flagged, and corrected before that batch moves to the next stage.
Can I see inspection photos before my order ships?
Yes — a quality report is available for your review before your shipment goes out.
What exactly gets checked at each stage?
Measurements against your tech pack, stitching and seam quality, print or embroidery placement, and overall finish, at multiple points through production.
Can I request a specific inspection standard, like AQL?
Yes. AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) is a standard sampling method buyers use to define how many defects are tolerable per batch size — if your buyers require a specific AQL level, let us know and we'll align our inspection reports to it.
