Every garment starts here — fabric cut to exact pattern specs, in the material your order calls for.
Before anything is sewn, our cutting team lays out the fabric and cuts each pattern piece to spec — whether that's 100% French Terry Cotton, 400 GSM fleece, nylon spandex, or sheep and suede leather. Every piece is graded and cut per size before it moves on to decoration or stitching.

Do I need to choose my fabric before cutting starts?
Yes — fabric is confirmed during sampling, before bulk cutting begins, so we're cutting the exact material your approved sample used.
What if my order has multiple sizes?
That's normal — pattern grading scales your base pattern across every size in your range, and pieces are cut and bundled by size.
Can leather be cut the same way as cotton?
The cutting principle is the same, though leather is handled with extra care given the material's cost and grain direction.
What happens to fabric scraps?
Offcuts are kept to a minimum through careful pattern layout, and leftover fabric can often be used for small trims or samples.
