Cutting

"Cutting" means turning a flat roll of fabric into the individual shaped pieces — front, back, sleeves, collar — that get sewn together later. It follows the pattern from your tech pack, sized correctly for every size in your range.

Screen Print

"Screen printing" pushes ink through a fine mesh stencil onto fabric, one color layer at a time. It's how a logo, graphic, or text becomes a permanent part of the garment rather than something stuck on top.

Embroidery

"Embroidery" stitches your logo or design directly into the fabric with thread, using a machine that follows a digitized version of your artwork. It's more durable than a printed logo, with a raised, textured feel.

Stitching

"Stitching" is where all the individually cut and decorated panels get sewn together into the actual shape of the garment — sleeves, body, and collar joined into one piece.

Threading

"Threading" (trimming) is the cleanup stage — cutting away the loose thread ends left over from stitching and checking each seam closely before the garment moves on.

Pressing

"Pressing" uses steam and heat to smooth out wrinkles and set the garment's final shape — the difference between something that looks handmade and something that looks retail-ready.

Packing

"Packing" is exactly what it sounds like — folding, tagging, and boxing your finished garments the way you want them to arrive, with a final visual check before the box is sealed.
