STAGE 06 OF 07
Pressing
Steam-pressed for a crisp, retail-ready shape — the final finish check before packing.
Each piece is steam-pressed panel by panel, setting its shape and finish permanently. This is our third quality checkpoint — a finish check for appearance and defects before the garment is cleared for packing.

Common Questions, Answered
Does pressing affect the fabric or print?
Pressing is calibrated per fabric and decoration type, so prints, embroidery, and delicate fabrics aren't damaged by heat.
Is leather pressed the same way as cotton?
No — leather and specialty fabrics use different heat and steam settings suited to the material.
What if a garment fails the finish check?
It's held back for correction rather than moving on to packing — only pieces that pass continue.
How long does pressing take per piece?
It varies by garment complexity, but it's factored into our standard 14–15 working day bulk production window.
